2012 Wembley Hotel Membership

How does the Wembley dollar system work? When purchasing qualifying products from the bar or bottle shop, simply hand over your card to staff when paying, and accrue Wembley Dollars. As at January 2012;

$1 spent = 1 Wembley dollar

11 Wembley dollars earned = $1 Wembley accumulated on your card

Eg. If you spend $11 dollars you will accumulate $1 dollar on your card to spend. You will be notified of any change to our Wembley Dollar System.

  • How do I redeem my Wembley Dollars and what can I use them for? Simply ask your bartender how many Wembley Dollars you have accrued and from there you can choose to use those points to make purchases. Staff can look up the info on the till. Once you have accrued Wembley Dollars you can use them to purchase goods and services in the Cambridge Bar. You cannot use your birthday voucher in the drive thru.
  • New SMS system for 2012 Members In 2012, Wembley Hotel members will be able to access our new SMS system. With it you will be able to find out your Wembley Dollar balance at any time and also make use of or SMS ordering system. More details to come in the New Year!
  • What happens if I lose my card? If you misplace your card, notify us by emailing membership@thewembleyhotel.com.au and we will arrange a new card to be issued for you and a time to collect it. Every replacement card has a fee of $10. If your card is faulty no fee will apply.
  • What items do and do not accrue Wembley Dollars? As of January 2012 bottled wine from the bottle shop, and food and beverages purchased in the Cambridge (main) Bar accrue Wembley Dollars. If something is already discounted it does not accrue points on top of that discount. In the bar this includes Happy Hour or Function Priced Drinks, weekly food specials like the T-Bone or Chilli Mussels etc. In the Drive Thru you can earn points on all single bottle prices, but some items or specials might be priced better than your member dollars can reward you. For example the regular Thirsty Camel 6 packs and wine by the carton or other specials. In all these cases you will receive the discount and not the points. On occasion we will run Member Promotions that will see some products earn more than normal points when purchased. Also, in the future you will be able to redeem your points on other items like t-shirts and hats or other promotional items in the Drive Thru.
  • Membership Email and SMS Updates Membership is also our way of keeping you up to date with what is happening at the Wembley so you must be prepared to receive our monthly member update emails and occasional SMS messages for last minute specials. You are welcome to opt out of the emails and SMS’, but you must understand you are also opting out of your Membership as well as a result. From January 2012 we will only be sending one email update out per month.
  • Annual Birthday Voucher Every year on your birthday eligible members will receive 50 Wembley Dollars (550 points) as a voucher on your member card. To be eligible members must have already picked up and be using their members card at the venue. The voucher is a reward for regular customers. Members must be active and have been using their cards for at least 30 days before their birthday. Eligible members will receive an email notification that the voucher is available, but must still be activated. To activate the voucher members will need to reply to the email. This is so we can confirm your details on our system are still correct. Once confirmed and activated via email you may use the voucher at any time in the Cambridge Bar on food and beverage. The voucher is valid for 90 days from your birthdate. The voucher is not valid in the drive thru. Misuse of the voucher may result in cancellation of your membership and any accrued Wembley Dollars (points).
  • Online Membership System In order to maintain a valid Membership from January 2012 you can log on to your membership account to keep us up to date with your details. This can be done at www.thewembleyhotel.com.au/members Remember to keep us up to date if you change your email address or mobile phone number so that we can keep you up to date with what is happening at the Hotel and notify you when your birthday voucher is available. We will not be responsible for unused vouchers or other missed member opportunities if your information is not up to date on our system. Any problems or issues with the online update or with any issue regarding the Wembley Hotel Membership can be directed to;

Thank you and all the best for 2012!
